Accessibility statement

How we make this site work for everyone, and how to tell us when it does not.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find a product, request a quote and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control.

The standard we aim for

This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Clear page titles, headings in order and labelled page regions
  • Every feature works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, and status shown with words as well as colour
  • Form fields with visible labels, error messages linked to each field and a summary of problems
  • Pop-ups that trap focus, close with Esc and return you to where you were
  • No sign-up pop-up that blocks the page, and animation switched off if you prefer reduced motion
  • Layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens

Known issues

  • The office map is a simplified drawing. The address and a directions link are always given as text.

Get help or report a problem

If something does not work for you, tell us and we will help you complete your request another way.

We aim to reply within two working days.

How we tested

Automated checks with axe on every page, keyboard-only walkthroughs, and screen reader checks with NVDA and VoiceOver.
